The client required the installation of access gantries to facilitate the installation of battery boxes on the existing fleet of trams
Project Description
- Removal of existing system, including lighting, DPPS system, existing guard rail, frame, durbar plate, PFC sections
- Breakout of columns to expose the cantilever steel
- Installation of pedestrian gates
- Installation of escape ladder
- Lowering of all services for access
- LED lights fitted at high level
- Installation of existing guard rail with extension
- New gantry installation
- Installation of 3.5Ton Semi Goliath crane
- Alterations to gates on the existing gantry
